The Simpler Way to File Small Claims and Get Your Money Back.
You want your money back. We help you move forward, with court-ready documents, filing handled for you, and a dedicated agent when you want support through to Resolved.
Before choosing a small claims service, ask what happens after you tell your story. These are the details that make a difference.
01
“Will the paperwork be ready for my court?”
Prepared for the court. Checked before it moves.
Tell Eleanor, our intake assistant, what happened. She gathers the facts in plain English. Squabble prepares your court documents and Triple-Checks them for administrative and jurisdictional accuracy, so you can move forward with the paperwork organized.

02
“Who actually files my case?”
Squabble can handle the filing for you.
With File Now or Dedicated Case Agent, you approve your paperwork and Squabble files with the court. You can follow your case in My Squabbles, with your documents and status in one place.

03
“Who stays with me after filing?”
Your own agent, through to Resolved.
Your Dedicated Case Agent prepares and files your case, answers your questions, and helps you organize evidence and prepare for hearings. You have a personal point of contact through each stage of the process.
With the Dedicated Case Agent package
Attorney supervision supports administrative accuracy and operations. Squabble is not your lawyer and does not provide legal advice.

Does Squabble actually file my case?
Yes, with File Now or Dedicated Case Agent. Paying submits your claim to Squabble for review. Court filing comes later, after you approve your paperwork. With Credible Threat, Squabble prepares your court documents and you file them yourself.
What happens after my case is filed?
Follow your case in My Squabbles. With Dedicated Case Agent, your personally assigned agent stays with your case, answers questions, and helps with evidence and hearing preparation through to Resolved.
File Now and Dedicated Case Agent customers can also have Squabble arrange Service of Process after case submission.
What is Service of Process?
Service of process formally notifies the defendant of your court case. Squabble can arrange this for you, or you can arrange service yourself.
Service of Process is optional with Squabble after case submission. It costs $138 and is available with File Now or Dedicated Case Agent.
You remain the person bringing the claim and attend any required hearing. With Dedicated Case Agent, your agent helps you organize evidence and prepare, but does not appear or advocate for you.
Squabble is not your lawyer, provides no legal advice, and does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Can my business use Squabble for multiple claims?
Yes. Squabble supports business filers with a streamlined business form and a My Squabbles homepage for managing unfinished and submitted claims.
